Lync Server 2013 and SQL cluster support

It seems that the updated support statement for SQL has gone a bit unnoticed. At Lync RTM, only SQL Mirroring was supported for backend high availability, and SQL cluster was not. Reverse Proxy for Lync

The interop site for Lync now also includes reverse proxy solutions. Currently it mentions two solutions, TMG and IIS Application Request Routing (ARR).
